Information collected

When you submit a property enquiry, we collect your first and last name, mobile number, email address, and any property address, land size, frontage or enquiry details you choose to provide. We also process limited technical and network information needed to protect the form from abuse and deliver your enquiry.

Why we collect it

We use this information to respond to your enquiry, undertake a preliminary property assessment, discuss a potential property partnership, protect the form from fraud or abuse, and comply with applicable legal obligations. If you do not provide the required name, contact, consent and security-verification information, the online form cannot be submitted.

Retention and deletion

The form does not create an enquiry database. Operational metadata excludes names, contact details, property details, message contents and CAPTCHA tokens and is retained for 30 days. Enquiry email is proposed to be retained for 24 months after the last interaction, unless it becomes part of an active client or business record subject to a different legal retention obligation. You may request deletion where applicable.
